With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 16 September 2024 up to and including 20 September 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 1,596 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 42,475.20 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

• on 16 September 2024            1,380 shares at a VWAP of EUR 26.60,
• on 17 September 2024            216 shares at a VWAP of EUR 26.70,

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The broker in these transactions was INTERKAPITAL vrijednosni papiri d.o.o.

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 293,598 representing 3.63 % of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 295,194 representing 3.65 % of all shares issued.

The notice will be published on the Company's website for a period of at least 5 years.
