With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 19 August 2024 up to and including 23 August 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 1,760 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 41,598.00 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

• on 19 August 2024    590  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.60,
• on 20 August 2024    550  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.60,
• on 22 August 2024    620  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.70.

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 283,017 representing 3.50 % of all shares issued.
