With a reference to the public notice from 10 July 2024, CINKARNA Celje, d. d. is publicly disclosing information on transactions relating to buy-back programme in the period from 5 August 2024 up to and including 9 August 2024.

CINKARNA Celje, d. d. acquired 2760 treasury shares in the total value of EUR 64,383.00 on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange as follows:

• on 5 August 2024     910  shares at a VWAP of EUR 22.75,
• on 7 August 2024     920  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.42,
• on 8 August 2024     930  shares at a VWAP of EUR 23.80,

Price is calculated as volume weighted average price (VWAP).

The total number of treasury shares prior to these transactions was 279010 representing 3.45 % of all shares issued.
The total number of treasury shares after these transactions is 281770 representing 3.49 % of all shares issued. 

The notice will be published on the Company's website from 12 August 2024 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years.
