Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva 26, Celje, hereby informs that Aleš Skok, President of the Management Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d., on 5 January 2024 bought 800 shares of the company with the symbol CICG  at the price EUR 21,00 per share in the total value of EUR 16.800,00.

The CICG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transaction Aleš Skok holds 800 shares with the CICG ticker symbol.
