Notification on transactions of the President of the Management Board with CICG shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Cinkarna Celje, d.d., Kidričeva 26, Celje, hereby informs that Aleš Skok, President of the Management Board of Cinkarna Celje, d.d., bought on: 
- 6th June 2024, 100 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 21.20 EUR per share and with a total value of 2,120.00 EUR, and
- 7th June 2024, 400 shares of the company with the ticker CICG, at a price of 21.30 EUR per share and with a total value of 8,520.00 EUR.

The CICG shares were purchased on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. After the said transactions Aleš Skok holds 1300 shares with the CICG ticker symbol.

This announcement will be available  for a period of at least 5 years.
